Policies:

  1. Either mail or send a "jpeg" file of your collectible to be evaluated. Use the form below to provide the necessary information with either method.
  2. ALL EValuations WILL BE PAID FOR whether or not your item has any significant value.
  3. Send accurate description (size, markings, condition, material) and any other information which would help to determine date produced , information about the item and value. (Please use form below.)
  4. We will respond by E-Mail with our best estimate of value and any pertinent additional information.
  5. Please note that our response is considered an evaluation not an appraisal. The items to be evaluated has never been seen directly but only by way of mailed photos or an INTERNET picture file with a description given by the sender. Diligent research has not been made and the value is based upon our best judgment built upon years of experience as an expert. In no way can either Joel Cohen nor Cohen Books and Collectibles be held liable for any errors in the response.

If you desire an appraisal, please contact us directly. Our fee is $100.00 an hour An appraisal is the process of estimating the monetary worth based upon analyzing records of the exchange of such items in the marketplace.
